WOW! Seminar Sponsored by Powers Chapman

On September 29, 2007 the PPLS Department at Powers Chapman attended the "WOW!" training seminar. Attorneys and support staff were given an in-depth presentation, which included video and PowerPoint presentations, on ways to improve customer service and to give our valued PPLS members the very best service possible. The specific goal of WOW! is to make PPLS members' contact with Powers Chapman a truly outstanding and memorable experience.

PPLS Managing Partner Randy Ordway was personally selected to help create the WOW! Seminar Program for presentation at all of the PPLS provider law firms in the U.S. and Canada. As part of the program, outstanding attorneys and customer service representatives share their own techniques and experiences with their co-workers to improve service.
