Lisa was born in Dayton, Ohio and raised in Midland, Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1983 with a B.A. in Political Science. She attended and received her law degree from Wayne State University in 1986. Throughout her 35 year career, she has represented labor unions, individual employees, corporations and management personnel in a wide variety of employment matters. She has also served as an arbitrator on employment law cases. Lisa joined Powers Chapman in 2021.
